There are a lot of things wrong with me, but physical health is not one of those things.
They aren't even those tiny proto-shits - THEY ARE FULL BLOWN TOILET-CLOGGING SQUEAKY-CLEAN-ASSHOLE-LEAVING HEAPS OF FECES. I know eating big = shitting big, but I didn't expect this.

Just to be sure - I'm waiting for someone else to confirm my experience doesn't imply there is something wrong with my health.

How much are you eating? I can eat over 4k and still only shit once a day.
How many of your calories are liquid? Start replacing solids with milk or something.

- ~400g baked/fried chicken breast with some potatos or rice and a shitload of vegetables

Idk I don't count calories, I just eat whatever I can.

Can't really, since I've discovered I'm intolerant to something in milk. Makes my stomach go crazy. In high school kids used to bully me and throw my boiled eggs away because I farted and they thought it was because of the eggs, when it was actually the milk.

I once hooked up with a girl and we went to some empty apartment to fugg, and as soon as we got in, my stomach went crazy because of half a gallon of milk I drank that morning (yeah GOMAD was a thing back then). Excused myself to the bathroom, took a MASSIVE LIQUID SHIT, and when I came back, the girl was asleep. I covered her in blanket and left

Not sure, it's called protein farts for a reason. Powder isn't usually the nicest on your gut, but if you find something that isn't whey that works for you that could be an option. Probably costs more money though.

Man I'm eating 2700-3000 calories per day, and I take one shit per day.
If you're shitting constantly theres no way you're actually absorbing nutrients from what you're eating.

Bro I shit like 5 times a day too, don't worry. I take one shit right when I get up, then another 30 mins later after breakfast, and then 2+ times later in the day. If you feel okay and are making gains, then just enjoy the extra shitting time. All of our bodies are different.

Speaking from experience this could very well be IBS. How was your diet before? Low in fiber? Did you have any issues before changing your diet? Definitely go see a doc to check if it's something to worry about (IBD, cancer, etc.)
