Where is the core+leg muscle?

Workout A
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets of Reverse Pyramid Training (RPT) (4-6, 6-8, 8-10)

Standing Barbell Press: 3 sets of RPT (4-6, 6-8, 8-10)

Skull Crushers: 3 sets of RPT (6-8, 8-10, 10-12)

Lateral Raises: Rest Pause Style

Workout B
Weighted Pull-ups or Chin-ups: 3 sets of RPT (4, 5, 6)

Incline DB Curls: 3 sets of RPT (4-6, 6-8, 8-10)

Sumo Deadlifts or Power Cleans: 2 sets of RPT (3, 4)

Bulgarian Split Squats: 2 sets of RPT (6-8, 8-10)

So from what I found online this is the "greek god physique" work out routine. I'm confused where the development for the core muscle and lower body is coming from though. Should I supplement with squats and planks?

If anyone has the pdf to share or insight I would be eternally grateful.

That image is retarded. None of those guys did any of that shit.

if I'm not mistaken the picture is kind of a "guideline" for relative strength required to hit certain proportions not accounting for body fat %

this desu
actors hire professional trainers, their workouts dont go online

Strength has nothing do with physique. For example this dude used to lift in my gym and he struggled with 175lbs on the bench. I couldn't believe it at first.

Hollywood actors are the same way, it's all about looking strong, not being strong.

That's called the magic of steroids. Do you want to be big? Get strong.

Dude, I have a 1700 total.

My point is exactly that Hollywood actors juice up for a few months to hit their goals. They don't do fucking SS, SL, or whatever.

That's pretty impressive tbqh. Weight class?

I was around 220-225 when I hit those numbers. I'm about 200 after a cut, though my strength is pretty much the same. I haven tried any 1RMs recently, because it's summer and I'm focusing more on volume and cardio. I'm not a powerlifter, so I don't really care about 1RMs or weight classes. I just prefer lifting heavy.

they refer to me as xxx_bloatlord_xxx

mhm, I know. The "hoarding" of knowledge rather than free flowing truth blah blah. (not your blahs, my blahs)

Well health, strength, and physique are my goals; as I understand it I go to the gym to build strength and I eat and rest at home to build physique.

you are bigger than I believe I'd like to be, this doesn't mean your body is unappealing or odd to me. I'm starting from a place where I simply need to eat to build my physique but I'd like to make sure I'm doing my full body each monday wednesday and friday for habitual and scheduling purposes.

Different training will produce different physiques, you know. Strength = size is a meme, I'll tell you that right now. I've out-benched and out-squatted almost everyone in my gym aside from one powerlifter and I look decently big, but not hueg in anyway.

ok, well I'm not concerned about that atm, right now I'm concerned about form and the work. So to me that means making sure I'm going to the gym with the right routine tonight. I guess I need to figure out what weight to start with my reverse pyramid training, which I suppose would be my 115-120lb bench from last time.

I'm still concerned about making sure I work my abs but I guess I could just plank for that.

>that pic
>guys have all different leves of ab development, chest development, delt development and traps development

Dude...

to make things more confusing I found a related video that has this routine.

are you fucking telling me you shuold be able to curl 65kg for 5 reps? who came up with this retarded shit?

GANNICUS! I LOVE YOU!

Surely there isn't some pro trainer secret that no one else knows.

We are slaves, we are truly free when we fight!

Lose weight first, then lift.

shit nigger u better be talking about dumbells. If i have 20kg in each arm does it mean i curl 40? Get out of here u homo and show me u curling 65kg mr fitness

I was doing 0.65xBW barbell curls second year lifting being ottermode, not hard at all

just because you put a metal stick inbetween your arms doesnt mean you curl double.

I don't think 0.65 bw curl for 5 reps is that impressive, it's just that most of the people don't train barbell curls in strength range so they lift "light" weight
