Here's a tip free of charge OP. Most people aren't on the streets unless they have somewhere to go, something to do, or someone to see. When you approach these women in the middle of the sidewalk, they (rightly) assume you don't understand this basic social implication, and they don't have time to deal with someone like you at that time. Why would you assume map girl would stop and converse with you if she's clearly looking at her map, trying to get somewhere? Go to a bar or a club where women are expecting to be approached, try your hand there, and for God's sake boy stop getting your panties in a twist when someone doesn't want to talk to you.
