Someone on roids doesn't even have to lift and they'll make more gains than a natty. This has been proven in studies. This is why roiders don't actually have any knowledge about lifting. So to answer your question, they do whatever the fuck they feel like. They just do random routines with no thought behind them. Some do put in thought, but they just get outlifted and outgrown by guys taking even more drugs who don't put any thought into lifting.

they can get away with training more frequently since they recover faster. However increasing your lifts too quickly on roids does bring a big risk to tear a muscle.
