Breaking out of skelly

Skelly here, about 5'8 130 Ibs been eating 3 mcdoubles per day on top of decent meals and protein heavy snacks, lifting every other day and body weight exercise every day. How long till i break out of mr bones mode?

Well I calculated my TDEE at about 2300 calories, 3 mcdoubles is already half of that and I eat decent sized sporadically throughout the day so Im pretty sure im meeting my requirements, i dont keep perfect track but i read most nutrition facts

t. was below 130 lb at 5'8 and still had some bodyfat on me. Could easily cut to 120 while lifting and look brety lean and strong.

I've been trying to bulk the last couple weeks but although ive been increasing my lifts i haven't been gaining wait so I must be at my tdee. So I just need to add a couple hundred calories

>peanut butter
>butter
>Almonds
>Walnuts
>Milk/Kefir
Blend it all together. Make sure the milk or kefir makes up 40% of the shake, then 40% oats and top it off with the butters and nuts. Atleast one a day will get you big.

My minimum everyday when I was skelly was 2 double cheeseburgers, 2L of milk and a bag of wasabi peas.

I ate other shite too, but that was what I bought every lunch time at my work.

Add in 2L of milk also OP. Just to help you get out of skelly faster. You don't wanna waste too much money on that shit. Though, you do get to see nice thots and shit when you go to mcdonalds.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

Eat a loaf of bread(with meat and cheese or without) within two days every two days, eat chocolate covered peanuts(500 cal per 100 grams, modest bag is 250 grams), simply focus on carbs more than proteïne and fat and see yourself fill up.
