It's not that it's insanely difficult to comprehend, but the paragraph likes to juggle very long words and archaic or higher sentence structures. What delays it further is the fact that even the writer themselves cannot seem to decide on a writing style, switching perspectives and verbosiveness all the time.
Does that make it incomprehensible? No, absolutely not, but it takes the brain's attention away from the content and makes it use more energy on decyphering its input, which is simply a shame.

when I was in college I had a plan. I hated almost every aspect of my life despite making good decision for nearly 21 years (my parents kinda forced me to study STEM and their high standards made me feel trapped.) although I thought about suicide a lot I preferred a plan to simply start again. I actually came up with this after a girl got mad that we fucked while drunk. I was really worried she would ruin my life and I really didn't want to go to court over something like this. anyway here is my plan. thankfully it never came to this.

You'll never be a master of everything requiring high pattern recognition because you may have difficulty with things like speed of recall, short and long term memory integrity, speed of processing live information, visualizing dimensional space, amount of information you can keep in the forefront of memory etc.

Any one thing can impact the ability to make the single best decision, especially in time constrained circumstances.
