Thanks for the kind words man. I'm 338 lbs so I'm still very fat but I can say I have visible pec muscles and I've got some decent-looking arms. The tris pop out when I flex and I've got solid bis. Shoulders and back are my best feature by far. Pic related is from a couple of months ago in horrible lighting. I've got man tits and a gut, but they're shrinking steadily. I'm just gonna take it one day at a time at this point.

Good luck on your fitness endeavors as well. We're both gonna fucking make it one day.
