Diet I'm on is high carb and high protien
Something like 165g of protien and 210g of carbs with 65g of fat
It's like impossible to reach my protien goal without going over the other 2 and also reaching calorie goal

Why I just want protien
tilapia is farm-raised in china in horrible conditions while being pumped full of antibiotics and growth hormones. Farmed fish in general is bad for you and tilapia is the worst of the farmed fish.
