1. Read the sticky

2. Go fuck yourself

read the sticky
start walking every morning
use myfitnesspal or cronometer to track your calories
it is as simple as eating fewer calories than you expend, but if you want to be satiated and not binge, you need to fill up on lean protein and vegetables etc.

Eat 2000 calories a day

You're welcome

Here's an honest solution. You can eat whatever you want. No exercise is necessary. But you have to eat smaller portions of the foods that you like to eat. That's literally it.

Double quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries? Make it a double cheeseburger with small fries. Get a diet Coke with that.

Just follow this principle. You won't be dreading the thought that your next meal will be a fucking bowl of oatmeal with a protein shake. You're not sacrificing carbs. You're not cutting out sugar. You're just eating smaller portions of stuff you like. The weight will come off.

It's a pain in the ass to count calories. This is not a sustainable lifelong habit. OP should just eat smaller portions of what he likes to eat, just like anyone else should. There's no measuring or counting involved.

Thats retarded advice. The whole reason he's fat is those foods are addictive and not satiating. H's not going to eat a double cheeseburger and small fry and be like "Welp that was good now I'll just be discplined and not eat anymore." 1. Because hes fat and will still be hungry 2. Those foods fuck your system around and make you crave it.

fat fuck, NEVER gonna make it

>he wasnt already fucking himself

This is all false and only helps to complicate matters. Anyone looking to lose weight ultimately needs to be on a caloric deficit. If need be you want to count all your calories, so be it. But it's not a healthy habit to obsess over numbers.

So either you simply control your portions of food you like to eat for the rest of your life or go with another option such as:

- count your calories every meal for the rest of your life
- cut out all carbs for the rest of your life
- count carbs for the rest of your life
- be a fruitarian for the rest of your life
- be vegan for the rest of your life
- replace all your meals with Onions for the rest of your life

Again, a reduction in calories is ultimately what leads to weight loss. And portion control is essentially that, without having to worry about numbers.

I agree It's not supposed to be a lifelong habit. However I've been doing it for the past 2 months, lost like 15 pounds, and hadn't I started counting calories, I wouldn't have lost shit, as evidenced by the countless diets I went through before.

I like having hard data that shows I'm making progress, hell I even know when I'll be hitting my milestones and my goal weight and it's a great feeling.

It's okay, I understand your pain, fellow fatty. I'm 5'10 270 with almost a 39 bmi. Already lost 8 pounds within two weeks, just cut back on sugary drinks, count your calories, and start off walking every day you'd be surprised at how many calories you can burn walking.

You already know what to do, you just don't want it badly enough.

How fucking dense are you you fucking retard? "Hurr durr a reduction in calories ultimately leads to weight loss" "The sky is blue" "Water is wet" What you eat matters if you like to eat like shit then you need to adjust what the fuck you eat, period.

Read the sticky my dude. You can do it.

Just pick a few meals that fit your macros, count the calories once for each meal and stick to the meal plan and serving sizes. Whenever you have one of your meals you know how many calories you've taken in and how many you have left for the day. Say you like to eat 3 times and want to get a total of 2000kcal for a cut, adjust the servings accordingly and once you have eaten all 3 meals you know you've already hit your target and must not eat anything else.

nice tummy, how many you are expecting user?

Thanks for asking triple nigglets I'm very proud

We are talking about weight loss. Caloric deficit is the subject matter here. Calm down or seek therapy for your mental condition.

No thanks. I don't think food should be treated in such a journalized manner.

Portion control is the only sane route to weight loss.

Your opinions and preferences are not in any way, shape or form, a guide to anything.

>it's hard, I can't do it

Harder than staying fat?

Nobody's preference matters. All that matters is quantity, be it by counting calories or portion control. You either read labels religiously or look to smaller dishes/servings.

I'm the one giving advice here. I'm not saying calorie counting hard. It's literally looking at the label for a number. However it is incredibly annoying and unrealistic and frankly, nuts. Checking off every meal based on a number? Nuts. Especially long term.

Portion control is the sane way to cut calories.

You're the one that needs therapy because you can't concede that you're wrong.

Post body or shut up fatass

Wrong about what? Having to eat less to lose weight?

You're too infatuated with your macro memes. I hope you think about this when you're logging your next meal.
