High protein breakfast ideas

Hey Bros could you please give me ideas for high protein (50-60g) breakfasts? I'm on a busy schedule and can't make many meals a day.

5-6 scrambled eggs

How fucking lazy are you and how much money do you want to spend per meal? When I'm feeling like a total corpse in the morning I'll go with

handful of broccoli
glass of water
3 slices of bread with butter or PB

Eating left overs is always quick and easy to. Do meal prep so you always have something ready to go.
Getting 50g of protein from a large chicken breast is a no brainer.

I currently live in a rural town in Brazil, so my access to supplements and the like is a bit limited, whole foods and produce are abundant though.

I'm eating oatmeal based meals, and getting sick of it, especially with milk, thinking about eating eggs and bacon in the morning but I'm afraid I won't get enough fiber through the day.

Eggs are a decent source of protein, I can see how oats would get tiring pretty quick. A can of red kidney beans has about 24g of protein in it, not super high, but it does have plenty of fiber in it as well.
A couple eggs, beans, and a little meat would fit the bill.

If you want to save more money buy the dried beans and leave them soaking for 24 hours to soften them up. They're easy to heat up and cook. If you really wanted to you could just put them in a pan with some bacon.

eggs, nonfat greek yogurt

Nice, I already eat rice and beans for lunch and dinner (staple Brazilian dish), but it's still a good idea nonetheless

Voce quer tomar no cu? Eu tem muitas vitaminas no meu pau.

Vanilla with peanut butter is one of my favorites.

What about eggs and bacon to get to 50g protein and some fruit? What else should I add?

A cup of strained yogurt can have around 20 grams of protein

Lol, just eggs. Everyone should eat bunch of eggs in the morning for protein.

I've never understood this retort in regards to a "racist" comment.

> 3/4 cup Steel cut oats
>2 cups of of egg whites blended into oats when they are almost done cooking
> berries and splenda to sweeten
Like 650 calories and about 60 grams of clean protein.
