The age gains from being pale don't really work like that. A light tan will age you faster. And while looking young in your 30's and 40's is not the most important thing ever, it most likely outweighs the immediate gains of a tan.

That's really all about genetics. My grandfather is a farmer, he spent all day out in the sun, and he looks young for his age.

Tan is one of the least priorities in terms of attractiveness; if you have 8+ face, you can get away with being as white as a ghost.

if youre gonna try to get a tan, get a spray tan first to see how much you like it. Itll be better if you accept your paleness and make it work for you instead of constantly trying to look different from your natural skin tone. Maybe dye your hair to a more ashy tone to try and accentuate it.
