Honestly if I was a girl I'd just light bulk for a while and squat/dl heavy on a program like 5/3/1 Boring But Big, then cut for like 4 or 5 months while lifting hypertrophy and doing cardio like running or swimming.

I've been doing that too though I'm a guy. My two cents: DEFINITELY lift weights even if you're cutting. Muscle mass is super important to how you look, and the less of the it you have the worse your fat will look. You want to lose FAT, not weight. Try to keep as much muscle as possible.

Savage fasting is very stressful and difficult to maintain. Willpower decreases as nutrition decreases. Also fucks with hormone levels. Set a maximum and minimum calorie level where maximum is somewhat less than your TDEE, minimum is above the level where your body starts going into panic mode. 500 cal under TDEE is commonly recommended, I do more.

Starting to lift as a skelly is absolute torture. And you'll look like shit with a saggy ass and tits.
Not saying you'll even manage to fast down to her level but:
I have a recovering anorexic chick at my gym and all she does is bodyweight and resistance bands and she's strugling.
It's a really dumb idea.
If you want to be a fit girl start lifting and eating normal, the weight will drop by itself with a bit of patience.

you will go through plateaus where your weight stays the same, but fat gets soft and floppy. if you're eating enough protein, whats happening is you are loosing fat, but holding water. this is normal, nobody knows why. Just wait it out until you magically woosh and piss all the water out.

Fasting is a good way to lose weight. However, you want muscles to get a curvy figure eventually. Building muscle takes time, so you might as well start now. Pro-tip: more muscle = more fat burning, more exercise = more fat burning, exercising at the beginning of a fast depletes your glycogen storage and sends you into ketosis faster.

Lift weights and do cardio while fasting, fatty. Don't forget your snek juice.
