Generally 6-7 if exam week 5 maybe

Don't have set days, I try and make it every day but I always make it at least 6 days a week. Every once in a while I can't make it though.

This, work and gym or school and gym. Anything less is for cripples or fatties

I lift every day. Very rarely ill miss a day. Also there an occasional slow day where i nap and go for round 2

PPL but without the rest day so I just keep going 7 days a week. During exam week I might only go 4 days of the week but they take priority over lifting. Also work ~14h per week.

I got good results starting on that routime after SS completely failed to give me any results at all. Not joking or anything. I was eating and sleeping enough and doing the workouts as per the book and with proper form and weight. Almost 0 gains. Did the reddit PPL and made good progress. Maybe it didn't work for you but it did for me.

PPL and Upper/Lower are the most effective routines for intermediate and advanced natural lifters. Maybe you'd know that if you weren't such a fucking dyel lifting baby weight.
