Your deadlift, I guess

snib city

Deadlifting is easy man. Also no one cares about your 1RM.

No, really, we don't care until it's approaching elite levels. My 3RM squat is BFD. Big Fucking Deal.

speak for yourself, reminder that normies find as little as a 3pl8 deadlift impressive.

>b-but normies find my 4pl8 squat impressive rright.. they dont think im some kind of SS incel...

squatting high possibly
or not deadlifting enough

What's limiting you? If grip strength, try doing farmer walks. Or maybe you're just shaped weird.

squatting when done right is a good exercise

deadlift when done right is a shit exercise, easy to fuck up too and permanently harm yuor body

Fpbp

I'm having the same issue as OP. My deadlift is stalling and I get terrible compression pains in my lower back.

Cheating yourself on squats.

Stop fucking dead lifting you dumb shit.
Machines exist for a reason, accessory lifts exist for a fucking reason.
Go back and do them, if at any point you feel any pain you fucking stop period.
Keep working out every muscle involved with dead weights in a different form, let your fucking body heal.
Come back later and try at a lower weight and check your fucking form.
It's that simple, you can't do shit if your back breaks so fix yourself dumbass.

Your squat form was shit and your legs are still too weak to push off the floor.

Your sticking point in the deadlift is not being able to budge the plates off the ground, right?

Braaahhhsss, same here. Supposedly one of the less technical lifts out of the big three but I don't get it.

Think I'm raising my chest too fast (gleaned from an alan thrall vid) and using lower back too much for hinging when I'm supposed to be using hamstrings/pushing with legs (?).

I don't get it, mane.

Some possibilities:

1. You're squatting high

2. You're scared of deadlift and psyching yourself out

3. You arent maintaining back tightness or rotating your rib cage up or getting shoulders over the bar. Squeeze the bar odd the floor.

4. Your grip sucks

5. Your squat is using all your energy and you need ti change routine

6. You're deadlifting too frequently

>2. You're scared of deadlift and psyching yourself out
Fuck this shit right here.
I've squatted 210kg several times, hamstrings on ankles, with a judge.
My current best deadlift is 210kg and I can't even lift it an inch off the floor without a 6 week ramping program.

And every time I've deadlifted more, it was while being completly blank, no set up, not even having deadlifts in the program for that day.

Youre doing SS probably

>tfw 190kg 1RM deadlift
>115kg 1RM squat

did neglect legs for >half a year, but also because my squat form is bad, hips move weirdly :s

t: dyel who deadlifts max 1pl8

>machines
You don't even lift, fuck off
>what is deloading and amraps
