i have tried both and found it to be more effective when taken individually, but maybe its just me idk. it was cheaper to purchase seperate

I debated taking ZMA but I might just go for Zinc Picolonate and Magnesium Citrate instead.

Remember to take one in the morning and one before bed (Mag before bed is best, helps with sound sleep) since they compete for uptake.
