run outside, get a heart rate monitor. maintain 75-80% of max heart rate while running.
Don't worry about speed or time, only focus on heart rate.

quit being a fucking pussy and push yourself. running, especially running at any decent pace for distance (2 miles or more) is always going to suck if you're doing it right, you're lungs burn, your legs burn, but you just have to will yourself to keep your pace after a while. As far as training goes split your training days up, one day do 30-60s where you soront for 60 seconds and walk or jog for 30 seconds, then another day do 60-120s. once you work some endurance up start going for a 3-5 mile run once a week or so but keep a pace that is challenging and adjust that pace week by week as you get better.
Sauna, at least 20 minutes per session, go as much as possible
this and indoor running will leave you feeling oxygen deprived versus running outside in the wind. choose a shady path or a cloudy day.
Lower you pace until you're at a pace which you can agonizingly push through for 30 minutes without stopping. Do this every three days until the last minute isn't unbearable anymore and increase the pace. I did it this way all the way until I could run for 30 mins nonstop at 7mph. I started at 5mph.

Run outside. Treadmill running is boring as fuck and its likely your lacking the mental drive to keep going. Go run on a road or dirt track, theres a lot more to stimulate your senses and take your mind off the fact your killing your gains.
