basically, im about 110 lbs and almost no muscle mass. i have no fat, but all lean muscle. im trying to gain muscle so i no longer look 2 dimmensional. i dont like to eat a lot, i eat maybe 1-2 meals a day and sometimes skip a day on occasion just because i dont feel like eating. i do however drink about half a gallon of milk a day which by itself is 120%DV of sat fat and 80 g of protein. ive been drinking milk like this for about a year, but no results.
any ideas Jow Forums?

You need to eat more. Try non-filling snacks like nuts to boost your calories. Also, have at least the two meals a day, if not three.

sorry not in netherlands. my normal excercise routine originally consisted of 50 pushups at a time followed by 2 minute wall sits, then 30 squats and 20 dimond push-ups.
a gallon a day seems like eating an entire meal.
made sure to read the sticky. im not saying i only drink milk, i eat other food as well, but i dont eat a lot. maybe around 2000 calories, maybe a little more provided we are talking about the right milk.
im drinking 2% to get the most fat out of my milk

Work out your BMR, plan meals accordingly. Get more protein in your diet through sources that aren't cow pus and shit. Eat, work-out and sleep. Drink lots of water.

You are allowed to eat while feeling full. Jesus christ, do you want to get bigger or not? This post reeks of seeking affirmation instead of answers. Start eating more and your body will become accustomed to it.

The food isn't the problem, you are. Set 3 alarms throughout the day. When these go off you stop what you are doing and sit down for a meal. That meal can be anything that's 700 calories, but you sit down and you eat everything on the plate. The faster you eat it the better, after 15 minutes your stomach starts signalling fullness so it'll get harder.

You need to develop disciplined eating habits which everyone else managed as a child.

If you're a veggie make a bulk 4 bean chilli or something, that's one meal. Breakfast is easy, oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder.

Don't complain about being full unless you actually throw up from eating too much. After a few days your stomach with adapt to the higher volume of food.

If the three meals is too much food at once then split it into 4 or 5 or whatever. If you actually want this you'll manage it.

no shit user, ive been eating more, before GOMAD i was able to maintain my weight and as unhealth as it sounds, i used to drink nothing but orange juice thinking it was healthy.
now i tried GOMAD and still no results despite the fat, protein, and calories from milk.
thanks for an actual reply. ive never really looked towards carbs because even though they are high calorie count, they tend to keep you full for longer.

never tried the eating fast thing. ill try that out tomorrow.

If you eat eggs, do that you need the aminos for complete protein profile in your diet, altough milk already helps with that. Go for full fat milk(preferably raw non pasteurized id you can get it)

Exercise wise you need program that focuses on progression strength wise, if you are doing always same stufd and its not taxing enough your muscles are going to get used to it and never grow past certain beginning point.

And to get aesthetic look you want your muscles to grow.
