Question is if you've always had that or if it's a more recent development. It could be Hyperhidrosis, which isn't uncommon. I have Hyperhidrosis but it's mostly limited to me head, which is extremely uncomfortable, because everyone's looking at your face and sees the sweat drip down like a waterfall even when I'm not particularly active. Btw. not a fix, but you could use baby powder for swamp ass and possibly other areas.

Sounds like hyperhydrosis, have a read of the symptoms and if it sounds like you go see your doc & ask for oxybutynin.

I was in a similar position and 2x 5mg tablets a day during Summer (Aus) and 1x a day in cooler months has changed my life for the better!

Maybe you used to be unfit? I have the same problem, been lifting for half a year but before that I smoked cigarettes, barely ever moved away from my PC and ate shit.
Now my blood pressure is always way too high and I start sweating from just, you know, walking outside. My back is wet immediately.
It is getting better though, keep at it. And ofc some people just sweat more than others, thats just a fact.

I'm 6 foot and whenever I've gone over 205 lbs I've had the same issue as you OP. Whenever I've dropped below it went away. It didn't matter how fit I was or what I was doing. I could be running regular and in a cool environment all the time when I was over, I would still perspire just sitting around. Then when I'm under the magic number I could be in a hot as fuck environment and not be exercising regularly and be dry as a bone. Also try adding more fiber/veg to your diet
