Where i lift.

When it's hot outside, it's boiling inside, when it's cold outside, it's freezing inside.

Still love it, don't need nothing fancy or "comfy" to lift weight.

I most weight I use is 180kg for deadlifts.

I don't go any higher, I just maintain 1/2/3/4 for 5RM

Get some 45’s and remove the oxidation from your bar you dirty mongrel.

This is what I'm getting for my home gym next time I have a spare $5000 or so
Gonna get it with monolifts for squatting and safety straps instead of safety bars
Probably never have that much change though

Are chains really a thing now? Why not just add more weight and keep it over the range of the motion?

Idiots.

chains help big boys feel powerful

Just find a used one. So many crossfit gyms have gone bust. If you buy new equipment you are a literal retard. Just buy new barbells and plates. Used cages and used dumbells.

t. faggot

real man lift rusty bars

Small, but my place is smaller and cheaper. Check your privilege

Sadly I'm in Australia, and in one of the smaller capital cities too.
I've never seen something this nice up for sale second hand, not even new in a store.
Needs to be ordered online, and a lot of time imported from the US.

How else will he increase his iron intake?

Semens got iron in it right?

you pay $5000 for one (meme-)device that you have to reconstruct whenever you switch exercises? You can never do supersets or do a quick workout between exercises, you can't do dips. Noone can join you who does another exercise at the same time. With bad luck you can't lift outside your rig because the rack attachements would by on the same positions as the safety pins..

Why don't you buy a proper full rack, a bench and maybe a dip or pullup station, or a cable row station, or a proper weightlifing platform.

I fucking hated changing my squat rack to a bench and back to the squatrack

Time to buy a welder and a drill press buddy.
See now you have two hobbys.

I like the crown. It ties the garage into the home, and works better than I thought it would against the brick.

Fuck it here's mine.
Heavy duty cage got for $300.
Got plates, bar and a ton of other stuff for 150.

Takes time and patience but you can always find quality equipment second hand.

Needs a coat of paint i know.
