Mix these in a liter of water and sip it throughout the day. The apple cider vinegar and lemon are optional.
You can also do this if you feel lightheaded, weak, dizzy, nauseous, etc., on shorter water fasts. Don’t do this while intermittent fasting.

Artificial sweeteners and diet soda are bad for you and may fuck up your fast. Zero calorie black coffee and tea are generally considered to be fine.

What do you even mean? You think you have no energy if you're fasting? You'd be dying if your body didn't have any energy. It's getting it from the excess fat. Plenty of people lift just fine when fasting. There's no delusion that you'll have the same amount of energy of course but it isn't major deficit.

I've tried OMAD for a few days but I find it to be a pain in the ass. Gonna switch back to 20:4 or 18:6 during week days and do snek fasts on the weekends until I've reached 12-14% body fat.

Fat piece of shit here, I can do intermittent fasting if I keep busy but on my down time I get bored and grab something to eat and then it's all over and I just keep eating.

As long as you can. But 24 hours might be fine for a first time. Then you can try 48 hours. Then 72. Then five days. Then two weeks.
But, if you feel fine and you drink your snake juice, then you can start a two month fast right now if you feel like it.
Where do I easily get snake juice components?
Tell her that being overweight is a serious healthissue and that you need to try fasting as it might help you lose weight and lots of people have had succes with it. If you feel sick, you can break the fast at any time and her being there right in your home to check on you only makes it safer.

Supermarkets like wallmart often have them near the common table salt. Usually, it is named 'nosalt', 'halfsalf'. 'low-salt' or something like that. It has to contain potassium chloride.

The world record is like a year. But usually longterm fasters have at least one meal every two weeks. Most people can't go for that long, though and end up doing just random 48 or 72 hour fasts, if the descriptions on the Snake Diet instagram page are anything to go by.

I'd forgo the epsom salt (MgS) in favor of a magnesium supplement (now foods or doctor's best, on amazon) as it's a mild laxative and some people don't take well to it

Done a couple of 3 day fasts. Wanna see how long I can go on snake juice, the range being 2-6 weeks. Will just also consume a multivitamin and magnesium supplement twice a week. Will my body "signal" me to eat and break my fast like having intense hunger pains?

You shouldn't expect to lose more than a pound a day, unless you're super obese. Fung reported a weight loss of about 0.7 pounds a day on fasts.

I'm on day 5 of fasting. Feeling pretty good now that I'm doing this with the snake juice. The past two times I did this with just plain water and felt like total shit by day 5. Both times I could only make it do day 5 or 6. That being said, I'm feeling really fucking thirsty and I want fresh water so bad. The salty taste of snake juice wasn't so bad until now where I'm at peak thirst and swallowing it makes me want to gag more than it has been. The new recipe says don't drink any fresh water since it will make you piss out all the electrolytes and I don't want that. Fuck I would love to chug a frosty bottle of water though. what do i do?

Muscle Growth happens about 0-72 hours after lifting. If you just wanna maintain though, it's fine.

On a whim I decided to start intermittent fasting today. Started eating at noon, just finished my last bit of food for the night at 8pm. Going to repeat tomorrow but aim to break my fast at 12:30 instead of 12.

Ghrelin comes and goes. You'll get urges to eat for about 20 minutes and then it fades away again for a while. Just gotta remind yourself that the hunger is temporary. This is all assuming your body is sorta used to fasting close to that long. 24 hours for me is pretty easy, but I just get so bored when I can't eat.

How easy is a fast guys? I am planning to do one when I finish university but I've been browsing the Snake Diet's channel and I've seen people say they had heart palpitations and had to go to the hospital. How common is this? I am someone who hasn't fasted before so I'm thinking I should do either some caloric restriction or maybe some intermittent fasting to prepare for the 10 day fast I am planning.

user, I fucking love food. One of my primary motivations to exercise is so I can eat more food. If money wasn't a concern I would travel the world and eat all the food. But, recently I've become uncomfortable with the amount of body fat I have and how it's literally weighing me down and making me enjoy life less. No food in the world tastes as good as being fit feels.

Never done it. It's just salty water with a bit of animal fat and protein in it, so it shouldn't break keto. But you're gonna need to add some potassium to it to balance your electrolytes.
