Lots of fibrous vegetables. You subtract the grams of fiber from the grams of carbs to get the macro carb count. You can mack a huge bowl of wilted spinach with some eggs and be full for hours.

eat more protein/fat and lower your carb intake, try to keep your caloric intake around the same or a little lower and then spend 20-30 min a day walking or climbing stairs or shaking your butt like a fucking slut 7 days a week and you should drop some weight

Are carbs that killer for getting slim?

I've gone from 285lbs to 182lbs just from jogging and portion control. Still overweight, but I'm also still going.

Thing is my diet is still full of potatoes, pasta, bread etc. and other carb heavy stuff. I just make sure what I eat throughout the day is under maintenance.

What specific difference will a high carb vs low carb intake make for weight loss, assuming they're the same calorie intake?
