I have a long way to go - I was doing some math, and at my current rate it would take 6 months for me to reach my goal weight. If I just hadn't quit last year I would already be there. The best time to start is yesterday, the next best time to start is today. On top of that all the new bad habits I picked up this year isn't making this cut any easier. I'm hoping I can maintain my muscle (or even increase my gains) while on this cut, but that might be impossible.

You can always travel to Poland cheap and get it removed there. Here it is the best place to do for your buck.

Cost me about $3000 US to get it removed in Canada and it was the best decision of my life. Get it done.

My b I should have specified-once you get to your goal weight for sure hit a lean bulk. If you're natty there's no reason to go really hard on a bulk.

Yeah that's the plan. How much over my tdee should I eat when I bulk? I was thinking 500 but some people have told me that 250 would be good too. I think bulking will be harder than cutting for fear of getting fat again.

I usually do 300 but I'm so I'm manlet status compared to you, I think you can get away with a little more but I wouldn't go over 500
