dips are the best for tris. also that weird exercise where you extend your arm out backwards as you have one knee on the bench, that shit burns the tris like crazy

Tricep pulldowns, kickbacks, overhead extension

That'll thicken it out, keep pushin and you'll make it.

Gymnast Ring curls are pretty good.

my biceps looked like that but could never fix them, my biceps are the hardest part to grow althought i managed to curl 50 kg with an ez bar

anyways, try high reps it gives you a nice pump

How about you try lifting for starters.
4-12 standing bar curls
4-10 preacher curls
4-15 seated incline curls
4-20 reverse curls
4-10 hammer curls
cool down
4-10 cable curls (full extension, light weight, slow/controlled, squeeze at top)

If you can't do this, you're lifting too heavy and have bad conditioning. Come back in a month and I bet you they will be bigger. Also conditioning takes only a few weeks, afterwards you can easily move back up in weight and do this many reps.
As other user's have also stated. Triceps.
Real simple, 50 reps at body weight. Seated or dips. Do the 50 any day that you also worked out a bicep.

Probably nothing. They'll get bigger with more training but probably will still be thin looking. Focus on triceps imo.
