200lbs lean doing chinups with 110lbs for 5 reps. Get mad, weakling.
If you think the calimovement guys are on steroids, you need to reevaluate your life.
Chin ups are better in every way. You can overload your biceps much better. Lats and traps work the same with both grips, but chins put less stress on your elbows and shoulders.
How did you train to reach 28 pullups?
By doing a lot of squats

I can do 10 weighted pullups with 45lb, how can I go from this to being able to do 1 arm pullups?
How many BW pullups can you do?
I don't know, at least 20. I haven't really tried maxing out on them
I've read once that there's a magic number regarding 1 arm pullups: if you can do 27 BW pullups, you should be able to do a one arm.
Don't know if it's true but that's what I've read.
Interesting. I'm not sure I can do 27 bw pullups but I'll try to see what my max in one set is.
Use one arm to pull up and the other arm just to lighten your weight. the further away you put your arm to light your weight the more difficult it gets. This way you train your posture to do it as well instead of pure strength.

Rings > bars
Band assisted one armed and using your off hand around your wrist of the pulling hand. Slowly move the off hand further back the arm.
