My ex girl friend had trichotillomania and had to wear a hair piece. It was obvious and I couldn't even run my fingers through her hair. Any intimate partner you have is going to notice pretty quick. I'd suggest shaving it all off and developing confidence without hair. Also if you attract a girl you'll know the hair isn't a big deal to them. I started losing my hair when I was 19 and got on fin by 20. It gave me gyno and I had to pay for surgery to remove it recently. Now that I'm off fin I'm losing it again and will be wearing a wig when the time is right.

I think it's a great solution - literally 1k a year and ans a few hours a month if you do shit yourself. If you're going to lift, eat right, and do all the tour shit to make yourself aesthetic why not improve your hair since it's such a huge deal? I already told my friends that it's what I plan on doing and they're supportive because they're not shitheads.

Just shave it, man. Guys who've reached that stage of hair loss tend to look a lot better with no hair. I used to have a long, glorious mane that went down to mid-back, but my hair started thinning on top at around 17/18. It took a long time to come to terms with it, but one day, I just went to the barber shop and got it all chopped off and now, I look and feel so much better than before. I don't even miss it.
