What do you do between sets?

What do you do between sets?
My habit is to do stretches.

Have a home gym so I'll usually tidy shit up during rests.

Generally just things on my phone. It gets so fucking boring.

Set stopwatch timer on phone, take a few sips of water, then back to phone.

Look at whatever YouTube video I have running. Usually a JRE podcast.

Its pretty sweet my guy. I just got a rowing machine. Cheap magetic piece of shit from Aldi but it has adjustable resistance and gets me pumped so I'm happy.

Go read Jow Forums and go do my next set 30min later....

No clue how I will snap my shit if I stretch my legs between bench sets.

What are your go-to stretches between sets? All I do at the moment between some sets is touching my toes, doing standing splits training, but what else can you do?

That's pretty much it and good enough for me for now. I add in some yoga poses sometime.

Walk back and forth, sit on bench, tidy up and load weights(home gym)

I sit at the machine for 20-30 minutes, not doing anything but scrolling Jow Forums on my phone.

I wish more people were like you. My warm up is basically cleaning up after the shitheads who trained before me.

Why is stretching between sets bad?

am i wrong to work a completely different muscle grp during sets? For example, on chest day while resting from Bench, ill just do some easy one plate squats or something.
My gym is nearly empty so i can use 2 equipment at the same time
