i just recently started up drinking a gallon of water a day and i have to say, it's one of the biggest turn-arounds i've experienced in life. no more headaches, no more fatigue, shit comes out smooth as butter, skin clears up, etc... it's a shame i had just figured this out.

Sounds like you were severely dehydrated before, and now are severely hydrated? If you're right or have proof then I'm gonna start right away, but otherwise it just sounds like you switched extremes and any benefit you're receiving is just from not being severely dehydrated anymore and not from being overly hydrated.

Anything from a certified lineage, no point learning some woo-faulty meditation off a psychologist. Learn off spiritual disciplines. Buddhism, Hinduism etc. You don't have to be religious or spiritual, these teachings will help you regardless, but learn them in their pure form.

Thanks. I still find Jordan Peterson's meditation on platonic forms to be beneficial. If pursued with humility, it leads to a kind of living for its own sake state, with delayed gratification, humility, and authenticity to boot. I wouldn't knock him off just because he's not from an "authentic discipline", though he is very learned in spiritual disciplines himself given one of his major influences is Jung.
People might call it a meme but even doing 3 minutes a day for 2 weeks, I was pretty surprised how much calmer I felt through out my day. And anytime I got stressed I just stop a take a deep breathe and remind myself of what I've learned through meditation and that I'm going to be fine.

Pillows reinforce forward neck posture.
Mattresses allow bad posture.
Thick necks are aesthetic, help with posture, and will help you not get KOd.
Doesn't mean you need to do the Uberman crap or sleep less than 8 hours total. I personally 2scoops + nap after training.
