For a year I was a lazy fuck, playing league of legends 8 hours a day eating 2500 calories every day(500 surplus) and not gaining any fat. Consistent 65kg skinny fat. After breaking up with GF, decided I needed to get my life in order, 1. nofap (80 days) 2. sleeping naked 3. cold showers 4. eating 100% whole foods, red meats and vegies etc. 5. 45 min walk every day 6. intermittent fasting and eating 1500 calories 7. fish oil, vit d3, zinc, magnesium, beta carotene
Now for the weird part is. Despite cutting and fasting, I have gained weight, up to 67.5kg, but I have lost all belly fat and have a clear 6 pack. I haven't got my T levels tested, but I genuinely believe my test levels have raised and my body has built alot more muscle/recomped because of that. Have also noticed more chest hair and hair on wrists/hands etc, and feeling great.
What do you think Jow Forums? How is it possible to gain muscle while eating 1000 less calories and no gym? also m/22 so i dont think its a growth spurt or anything. pic unrelated.

There is a study done in England that showed that testosterone alone with no exercise will build more muscle than no testosterone and no exercise or no testosterone and exercise.
I increased my test and had biceps show up without me doing anything, remember testosterone makes a man, it's super important.

Ease yourself into it. Cold turkey is an absolute necessity for quitting most things, but fapping is different. Start with no porn for a few weeks, then limit fapping to once a week, then quit completely from there. The thing about no fap is that you don't relapse as easy once you make good progress. If you lose control and fap, you won't go back to fapping daily to freaky porn unless you have literally no will power.
Have to admit though, no fap was much harder for me than quitting smoking. It's fuckin weird, man.
