That actually looks tasty

Ok but put some real protein in their and it might actually be filling

Broccoli

Not to be confused with: E. Coli

>different foods are more filling than others

mom science

Add quinoa or some other grain and it would be top tier

>add quinoa while cutting
but that would double (2x) the calories.

Not him but you're an idiot
Foods high in protein fill you up faster than high carb foods

>Foods high in protein fill you up faster than high carb foods

said no study or rational human ever

jandonline.org/article/S2212-2672(16)00042-3/abstract
And there are probably more

Its a fucking pound you imbecile.

Those people were aware they were supposed to feel fuller

study discarded

A pound that only has 100 ish kcal in it.
Yeah it'll fill up your stomach but you'll get no real energy from it

yes an energy deficit would ruin my cut for sure

Where does it say that?

>Design
We searched multiple databases for interventional studies that evaluated the effect of increased protein intake on fullness ratings. Inclusion criteria for both analyses were as follows: healthy human participants, preload studies that utilized intact dietary protein, delivery of protein load orally, and studies reporting fullness as an outcome. For the meta-analysis, an additional criterion was that the studies also needed to report 2- to 4-hour area under the curve value for fullness.
Since you didn't read the study, i'l'l post how they got the results here.

It was, quite literally, just yanked from various un verified sources and clumped together.

>unverified
How did you come to that conclusion? Also, yes, they took it from a bunch of other studies. That's what a meta analysis is you mong.
You're just making shit up to discredit the study when really there's nothing wrong with what they did.

That's not what I'm saying ding dong. Clearly you've being cutting from the brain as well

A one pound snack that only has 100 cal sounds amazing.

I'm a Republican fuck your facts.

Fatty and protein take a longer time to be processed by the stomach, but don't take up as much room as veggies.

Combine your (mostly veggies) with some fat and protein and you'll optimize filling up your belly with feeling fuller for longer. I imagine you could also habituate your body to not expecting large portions so you effectively feel fuller faster or at least learn to not care as much.

You can also slow down the digestion process by exercising or being under stress.

I'm a Democrat and I go full on emotions instead of facts.

1 pound of vegetables is more filling than a piece of chicken.

C'mon yous guys, I'm interested. Anyone have other suggestions? I'm sick of eating salads.

But how many protons?

Feeling full without ingesting calories is exactly what you want on a cut. Where the fuck do you get off calling other people retarded, retard?

Do you somehow not see all of the fucking mushrooms in there?

3.1g protein/100g isn't much.

my lunch that:
>holds me over for three hours at work (salesman on my feet and walking around all day - light activity)
>a meaty workout (1 hr +)
>shower and chill ( 1 hr )

6oz of boiled chicken
2 cup salad spring mix
1 cup large curd cottage cheese
2 eggs scrambled
2tblsp spicy siracha sauce
1 scoop of protein / shake
full bottle of water

After my workout:
1 or 2 rice cakes
1 or 2 tblspn of organic peanut butter
recovery protein shake

Dinner:
5 oz lean turkey
5 oz of chicken
2tblspn siracha
Piece of dairy free cheese

That holds me over every day

lmao

Roasted veggies are god tier. My favorites currently are mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, asparagus, cauliflower and onions. I usually mix them all together with a little sat, pepper and olive oil. It's super easy and quick and good for me because I'm an awful cook.
I eat a lot of 1% cottage cheese (for some reason nonfat is super hard to find for me), Greek yogurt, tuna and sardines for protein.

Adding chicken to that dish would be amazing

For 100 calories worth of spinach and mushrooms, there's 10-15g of protein in that, idiot

>spinach and mushroom
>high carb

what did he mean by this

I'll give roasted vegetables a shot. Otherwise, your diet looks a lot like mine. Lots of sardines and cottage cheese. I've just been putting them on salads.

What's the best way to sauté spinach in a healthy way?

t. Cookinglet

I've seen my girlfriend do it and I think she really just drizzles a little oil over it and just nudges it around in the skillet until it gets soft and wilted. If you're doing mushrooms, onions, and other stuff, I assume you'll need to put those in first because they'll take longer.

pretty much this. I usually use a tablespoon of smart balance to saute all veggies with spinach going in last since it cooks so quickly.
also you can cut up a ton of veggies and mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper and then toss in the oven at 375 for 30 to 40 min depending on how you like the tenderness.

they do though. i can eat a shit ton of salad and not feel full.

Any thoughts on lentils? Doing omad but lentils seem to have very low calories.

/ck/ here, thanks for the laffs

That looks tasty but I don't believe it's only 100kcal if those are carmelized onions like the file name says. Still a solid cut meal though.

For lunch;

1/3 of a Cucumber, 7 cherry tomatoes, 1 red onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 baked chickenbreast spiced with salt, oregano, garlic and pepper, olives and feta cheese. Add oregano and pepper, finish with some olive oil and juice from 1 lemon.

About 700 kcal.

After sport when i get home 0.5 L of quark with oats. And a protein shake.

Next day repeat.
