I once took a 100mg edible that destroyed my mind. I felt like I had the mind of a 3 year old and could barely string a sentence without pausing 3 seconds between each word. I also had extreme hallucinations. I'd lay in my bed and feel this realistic sensation of falling into an empty void. Like I was falling at hundreds of miles per hour. It was fucking awful.
I've been awake for several days at a time on amphetamines. That gets to hallucinate pretty hard; especially audio hallucinations.
THC is a stronger drug than people give it credit for. If You take too much your consciousness will definitely lose control of itself.

I was surprised too, I don't know what happened. At the time I was taking anxiety and depression medication so maybe the THC interacted with it in a bad way. I was losing my mind to anxiety. Legit believed I was dying but knew in the back of my mind that it's just weed.
I like THC on its own but I've found when I mix it with other drugs I often have terrible reactions. The only times I've ever been truly sick on drugs; vomiting, no energy to move, actually afraid for my life, etc, weed has been involved.

Just because a drug is a partial agonist means nothing. Sure you can't "overdose" like with synthetic cannaboids but so fucking what. You look out the shades, staring at the mailbox across the street for 2 hours because you know theres someone hiding behind it.
You turn off the lights, but have the TV on, so someone outside will see the shadows inside and think normal things are going on, that maybe you arent alone so they will think twice before coming in to kill you.
You crouch in the corner where you cant be seen from the windows, and rock back and forth for 8 hours, as every sound you hear in your house, real or imagined, is someone trying to kill you

THC has shown links to exacerbating preexisting mental illness, schizophrenia in particular. And everyone knows that hardcore stoners sit around and do nothing. Any recreational drug can be addictive and do damage.
Weed should be legal. It has a ton of medical uses, and its anti-carcinogenic properties show amazing potential. It's a crime against humanity that it hasn't been studied more. It is a far less poisonous and dangerous drug than alcohol. But the stoner's refusal to admit that thc can have adverse effects is just fucking being dishonest, and isn't helping making it more widely accepted.

>Hallucinations
>Mental confusion
>Panic attacks
>Extreme paranoia
>Nausea
>Vertigo
You can find these side effects on any medical website out there. Just because people use smaller doses of marijuana to treat nausea/appetite doesn't mean big doses (edibles/concentrates) don't fuck you up. It's a drug like any other, and it will fuck with your brain (possibly permanently) if you abuse it. Maybe stop getting your information from stoner forums.
I've done a lot of drugs over the years, and I definitely share the sentiment that weed was involved for nearly all of my bad trips.
