i practice kendo for my back gains and to fight of the hoards of demons that are bound to arrive in spring 2019 feat. Dante from the Devil May Cry series.

Just get an empty bag shell from Ali Express or whatever. Boxing bags are literally filled with shrdded clothing scraps. I think an empty bag is around 15-20 usd
Bentley Johnson
this will sound stupid, but i highly recommend tires as a punching bag. the best option for joints imo
I watched this video and made my own heavy bag for cheap. It seems better for striking barehanded and conditioning your fists and apparently old school bare knuckle fighters would use bags similar to this, using a regular heavy bag would probably fuck up your hands after a while (if you decided to train without gloves)
I ordered an empty bag from ebay and filled it with old clothes to the brim and some bricks in the middle to give it weight. Better buy something good instead of diy where it will fall apart. As for mma, I do tai chi.
>tai chi do you really need a bag for force projection and astral life-force manipulation?
Robert Foster
funny guy you can do it with a martial intent too
James Rivera
how's that intention working out in a self-defense situation?
Joseph Ramirez
I do boxing too, anyway I hope I never have to be in that situation and as always the best thing to do is run.
Owen Wilson
>i hope never to be in that situation >best thing to do is run then why the fuck aren't you training to run instead of boxing if you're not gonna use it anyway you fag
Nice, completely dodge his question about the effectiveness of tai-chi. Running away isn't always an option either. So go ahead and waste your time on anime martial arts. Muay thai and No-gi jiujitsu is all you need to be able to fuck up the average normie, and only takes 3 years to get proficient enough to do so.
Anthony Ross
I'd rather just get a heavy bag from the store. I am the hardest puncher at my boxing gym and I need something that is large and robust and that won't break my hands.
>muay thai >no-gi jiujitsu if you need to train those for 3 years to beat up a normie that anyone who trains in boxing for 5 months could beat up in a matter of 3-4 punches i reckon is best for you to just avoid confrontation
