Why are bodybuilders typically such loners?

Because these people live to try and outlift their feels.

because most are fighting insecurity but failing

> having to be extremely strict with diet
> no junk food
> no alcohol
> countless of hours in the gym a day
> consume drugs, usualy associated with outcasts
> sleep 8h+ atleast

probably usualy attracts introverts

you don't get big from having friends

because bodybuilding is one of the few hobbies that isnt expensive as shit but also doesnt require you to interact with anyone

Lifting is the singleplayer video game of exercise.

Jay Cutler always seems miserable whenever I see a video of him. He complains about dieting and how he's too big for a normal life. He also needs to see a massage therapist since constantly puts a lot of pressure on his body and always seems short out pf breath.

I honestly almost feel bad for the man. He was my hero growing up.

>He was my hero growing up.

Autism

misguided belief that "looking good" is all you need to succeed socially

>all i need is X inch biceps and the girls will finally flock to me

Huh?

Boring people with a boring lifestyle

I've been mocked my entire life. I know that if I got big enough they wouldn't mock me anymore. But I'll never be able to trust or even like most people.

paranoia.

they're always on the look out for gains goblins.

Because only mentally ill loners start lifting in the first place

Yeah athletes are just naturally built like that and health-minded people or occupationally directed lifting is just delusion.

Stfu cuck

What you mean?

said fatso with the dorito crubs all over his flappy stomach

Relax dude what’s the point of acting like that?

These mentally ill loners could kick your ass in two seconds.

This is why I prefer bodybuilding over other forms of exercise, less needed interaction.

>Thinks lifting is the only solo sport

Hah, keep telling yourself that user. Running marathons and ultras can be an incredibly lonely experience too.

I'd call the cops in one

jay cutler lives in a multi million dollar mansion, drives a rolls royce ghost (among other luxury cars in his car park), retired in his late thirties without injuries and in good health with more or less a full set of hair despite taking industrial amounts of synthetic androgens for 20 years and is completely financially independent doing whatever he pleases having a net worth in the millions

yeah, it must suck to be him........

They got into bodybuilding because they were losers who thought it would fix their lives.

This is current generation bbers, mind you. Old school guys like Arnold and Lou were alpha as fuck.

>le money equals happiness meme

the OP question has a simple answer

being a professional athelete in any sport takes laser beam focus and no distractions, living a highly regimented life like a machine

they've left humanity behind user

stay poor

money equals freedom and independence

no money equals slavery and being dependent on paycheck

You can have a lot of money and still have very little freedom and independence, you can have no money and still have very much freedom and independence.

People who think that lots of money = happiness are fucking retarded but on the other hand you're a namefag so I'm not surprised.

Its an extremely selfish pursuit, it detaches you from others merely by participating in it.
You put yourself over everything and everyone else.

Honestly for guys who don't have a strong father figure, it's easy to fall into this thinking.

EVERYBODY WANT TO BE A BODYBUILDER BUT NOBODY WANTS TO LIVE THESE HEAVY ASS WEIGHTS
