I think I should squat because when I was doing it three times a week I felt a masculine energy in me I've never felt before and I don't think any amount of supplements will bring that back naturally. I combined that with nofap and zinc and lots of other heavy lifting with some HIIT, when I'd go to class later in the day I'd have raging erections non stop, I had all this energy, could actually speaks to women, clear head, could pass my tests with an A without studying. It turned me into someone I have never been.
