Variance in metabolism between people is 200-300 calories a day at most. That's like, a muffin. I saw a sandwich at Starbucks that was 650 calories.

According to my math you need to eat about 1050 extra calories a day to achieve that. Assuming you havent been LOSING weight, thats the equivelent of just having an extra steak or a milkshake every day. do both to be safe.
