Laughing lines(wringles) - well this is depressing af

I'm 27 turning 28. I've been hitting the gym almost 6 days a week now for the last 3 years because I used to be fat fuck. And lately I've been noticing that I have lines on my cheek, these two obvious lines on each side of my face and lately I've been feeling sensations in my cheek, kinda like they're always burning.

Shit I'm scared, is this normal to start be getting wringles at 28? Omg I never really used moustericure that much because I have eczema and it sometimes makes my face flair up. Oh and yeah I've always done the dry sauna thing after some workouts....

This is bad brahs, why is this happening? is it the excessive exercises and pre workouts how do I reverse this? It's not as bad as on the pic but I can actually feel like my cheeks are sagging, I actually feel the fucking sensation of the lines and sagging cheeks.

that actually sounds like you're developing some kind of peripheral nerve disorder, not getting wrinkles.

>peripheral nerve disorder
I think it's just the eczema flaring up and the fact my facial muscles are sometimes tensed the fuck up because of stress, feeling restlessness and/or anxiety.

please respond.

bump!!!!!

Am I unironically a boomer now user?

yes, you are, specially for bitching at such small thing like having a wringle

>This is bad brahs, why is this happening? is it the excessive exercises and pre workouts how do I reverse this?
Sun damage. It's too late, unfortunately, you should have taken care of your skin better.

Everybody over 40 just seem to look like sheit, I'm talking about the ones that aren't obsessed, they just looked worn out and look like aged cucks with low t. I don't want to become like that.

>I used to be fat fuck
every fat fuck who loses significant amount of weight will get them

the only way to remove them is surgery

those sensations are not normal and you should get them checked by a md

b-b-but i live in Iceland, a country that basically doesn't really have a summer. But I did go to Spain quite a few times, but those were just 1 to 2 weeks at a time.

So is this it? Is it all just downhill from here? Will I now age rapidly and look like an old gypsie witch just because I thought my pigmentation could handle it?

I think it's just psychosomatic mixed with eczema or some rash. Pretty sure most doctors won't even bother to figure out what's happening, I've learned it the hard way that unless you're actually wounded or dying visiting a doctor is a waste of money and time.

I'm 22 and I'm noticing wrinkles on my forehead. I guess I'm surprised a lot by the stupid shit people do at the gym

Had these since I was born. COPE you soiman.

What are you even talking about?

Where sunscreen, make sure it's PA++++ or w/e covers UVA rays, those are the ones that cause skin damage. UVB causes the burn/tan.

OP here:
I'm actually getting a minor panic attack over this, now I'm super fucking conscious of my cheek crests.

And I feel like I've been robbed of my youth because I actually never had a normie young adulthood kind of live, all the time wasted and trying to become Jow Forums just so one day you might actually get some self confidence that wasn't induced by booze.

Now I'll never make it! And I'll just look like one of those personal trainers that look like they did a lot of cock and speed in their youth.

Lady, you look 38, not 28.

Well I have those cheek crests not that aged skin though.

i have them too. honestly they are kinda cute so not sure what the issue is. I don't think any girl has rejected a guy because of them lol. have a bit more self esteem bud

I have them too, together with wrinkles on the forehead and I'm just 24. It's because of sun damage. I don't really care because sitting outside in the sun is one of the small things in life I can really enjoy

Hi user! Well I was developing wrinkles for smiling all the time (I'm a flight attendant so yeah) Basically I bought from a girl a homemade cream with these ingredients : Vitamin E, shea butter, Vaseline, babasu Oil (I have no idea what it will be), zinc oxide, aloe. I put it on like a mask all over my face and went to sleep. I have done this for 3 consecutive days and very little noticeable the wrinkles are regarding the beginning. It also helps against skin problems. Good luck!

I have that with my kidneys. It`s a sign that you give everything you can. Yeah you should probably just ignore that.

I should start doing something like that, I need to start actually taking care of my skin and my teeth's color before I'll look like a wrinkled fuck with yellow teeth.

Need to start thinking about anti aging gains and not just bodybuilding.

Everyone under 35 is a whiny millenial with bad memes.

I think it's actually inflammation, I sometime get reddish skin because of when the eczema flairs up.

tour's over boyos isn't it
t. 25 yo boomer

Lmao that's not even that bad. If you woulden't put my attention on it I woulden't have noticed it. I would rate you a 7,5/10. Just get a skincare routine, moisturize, eat healthy and drink tons of water. It will make it less noticable if you care that much about it.

Sure user, and I'll advise doing it right now. My schedule is really messed up but I have to keep everything balanced. For your teeth, this is THE toothpaste. Always white and healthy, even tho it has baking soda it doesn't hurt your gums. Keep it up!!

Thats just your face structure man. You cant change that. Just like having a small nose or large eyes.

hmm thanks
I already use a moisturiser, sunscreen and vitamin C cream
I do need to drink more water. Also more fruit and less processed food.

I bet you look like you did a lot of cock.
