>was doing some gif related during some down time at work >coworkers looked at me like something out of a horror movie and ask how what I'm doing is even possible
is that kind of mobility really that uncommon?
is the average person today just at that level of lumbering human wreckage?
I'm somewhat flexible, but I think that movement looks a lot weirder than it actually is. I'm sure if you handed them the band they would be able to do it
Tyler Brooks
Nope. I've trained with my normie fat uck friends and they can't even bend their hips at 90 degree angles.
Charles Lee
It definitely looks weird first time you see it.
Isaac Myers
as someone training for autofellatio, I'm always surprised at the lack of flexibility of the general public.
Luis Rogers
What's your routine?
Christopher Hill
>open mouth >grab back of legs and pull face towards cock >say "yummy yummy, give me cummies" after every 5th rep
In all honesty it's just making your spine and hips more flexible. Just keep slowly making flexibility gains.
Brody Hall
...how the fuck do you do that
Noah Taylor
not EVET at 90 degrees angle? Je-EE-EEEEE-ZAAAAsssss Kuh-RICE-T man, how in the world are you still, ehem, friends, with those people? God Da-YUUUUM, son, you must be KUH-Raaaayyyyy-zeeehhh....
seriously tho fuck off m8
John Jenkins
the average person is stiff as hell, man.
when i first started dating my girlfriend, and started showing her how to get down into a proper squat, she physically could not lower herself even to parallel because she was so tight.
Brody Sullivan
t. flexlet
Isaac Sanchez
Nevermind I just tried it with a strap and it was easy. I'm still confused about how that works anatomically though.
Jayden Lee
i dont get it, isn't it just rotating your arms 360, i just did this with my belt and i had no problems
Daniel Bennett
180 degrees
Angel Parker
Anyone does this and feel that they have to lean to one side a bit in order to do it? Not sure if inbalanced flexibility or due to the fact that I can pop my left shoulder blade but not my right.
Isaac Sanchez
Why didn't you get them to try it themselves? That way you wouldn't have had to start this pointless fucking thread
I saw some skinny kid at the gym do a deadhang and flip himself back and forth through the gap in his arms. fucking hurt to watch but it was really impressive
Brandon Kelly
*snap*
gotcha faggot, I was waiting for you to do that
Blake Carter
360, arms down in front of body around to arms down back of body
Mason Stewart
Your arms should be wider until you don't have to compensate to one side. As you get more flexible you can narrow your grip.
>get my friend to show me a bw squat >dorsiflexion is so bad that even if he collapses his entire lumbar and hips, he still can't break paralell unless he comes onto his toes
your average normie has shockingly bad mobility and athletic proprioception
Isaac Young
That's a pleb tier gymnastics movement called skin the cat
Charles Parker
Literally anyone that works a desk job and is not also a weightlifter, gymnast or similar will be unable to do this.
Parker Bailey
This my friends and I would all do this with brooms instead of sweeping during detention lol
Austin Howard
>doing shoulder dislocations with THAT wide of a grip
it's like he's doing nothing at all
Jayden Diaz
It's a ball and socket joint. Same(ish) as your hips.
