Why am I so weak lads? Am I just a geneticlet? I see guys that weigh 20 - 30kg less than me on here and in other places on the internet claiming to be lifting as much or more than me in the same amount of time or less.
Been lifting for close to 2.5 years, most of that was general strength and powerlifting, but the last 6 months has been oly lifting. Programming history is SS, TM, Greg Cuckols, and catalyst athletics.
Stats (current).

You can only improve your explosiveness marginally, even with very specific training. If you have less than a 20 inch vertical jump, you would seriously be better off rock collecting.

Got 3 reps, went for the 4 but the guy fucking curled the weight as soon as the bar slowed down a little bit, despite me telling him exactly not to do that. He did it again for the second set

Texas method has you alternating between 5x3, 3x2, 2x3, and heavy singles for intensity.
It's literally a PR/testing session, the whole purpose is to see if the volume dose on VD is sufficient, last tested max is 330 and most recent PR is 300x3 @8

You will never, ever ever tear your bicep, with 99.9% certainty unless you blast gear and miraculously get strong enough to try and row 700 lb mid deadlift
