Try beans, lentils, nuts and some spices, like curcuma. Just keep in mind that non-meat iron isn't as effective. You can increase your intake from veggies and lentils with vitamin c. Fish might help too. As can liver, if you find that cheap.

I put on a lot of weight because I was a weak willed faggot who became depressed over having severe health issues for 2 months (which also made me prolong my bachelor's graduation)
For being so weak-willed I decided to go through with a fast. Water only. The first two days were unbearably hard, but it has gotten confusingly easier now that I'm in ketosis.

get liquid calories, helps with overcoming that eating disorder. At least it helped for me. Put Milk with Oats, a Banana and some choclate whey into a blender and just drink that 700 calories easily. Add and change whatever you like, exploring and trying out your own stuff is part of the adventure and helps you to stick to your path. Also look into making your own heathly "candies". Stuff like peanut protein bars.

What is important is the result. Nothing else. It sounds cliche as fuck, but I think about it in the following way. I go to uni, and the most important thing is my degree there. If I don't get it, then no one gives a shit what I did there or why. Similarly, if I get the degree, no one cares what I did and how I got it. The result is the only thing that speaks, and it hurts when you haven't got the result. So, realistically, if you're working on your projects and yourself, ask yourself how much it will hurt if you end up with no result after x amount of time. Ain't no one going to listen to complains.
