I've taken a lot of dick and I'm sure my shit is blown the fuck out. But I got to thinking that the sphincter is a muscle so theoretically I should be able to tighten it.
I've been just clinching my butthole like you would do with kegels but was wondering if there was more advanced stuff I could do. An idea I had was like with those spring grips. If you could get a smaller spring loaded thing and use that for resistance ttk squeeze against you could really build sphincter strength but I can't seem to find anything that would suit the purpose well. I had the same problem, not gay though. The only thing that worked for me was LARGE binder clips I used like a grip trainer. If you do 5-7 sets of 20 reps you’ll start seeing gains in 2-3 months. If you’re really loose you could try a grip trainer itself
I use weighted plugs. Start with a light weight and work your way up. Like progressive overload.

You are going to need contractions stronger than you are capable of producing isometrically. That's the basic premise behind why you utilize weights for strength and hypertrophy. Being a sphincter, it's kind of in a weird position to try to apply adequate stress to it. You'd probably be best served by using electrical stimulation to exercise it.
