I want to be larger in both muscle and fat
I just started forcing myself to eat around 3000 calories a day of high protein foods, with about 20 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of lifting daily
The hardest thing is forcing myself to eat so much

Eggs, chicken, burger, luchmeat sandwiches with lettuce, spoonfuls of peanut butter uhhhh homemade popcorn, pasta one night, etc etc
As a former smelly, forget about eating clean. You’re too skinny for that to matter. Eat ice cream, cheesecake, McDonald’s. Literally fucking anything you can get your hands on. Your insides might not thank you for it, but you’ll pack on the pounds, and as long as you’re going to the gym, you’ll be able to cut off any excess when you’re at a decent weight.
I need something I can just make a huge pot of, tupperware and throw in the fridge. I seriously need to pack 3000 calories a day to escape being underweight.
Yeah I also haven't really stopped from the occasional bag of chips and soda, I still eat butter and what not. I just want to see gains first, my endgame weight I want to be is 170+

What's nothing? Should I focus more on lifting?
I think when I began I was around 130lbs at 6ft, now at 170lb in pic related (I have since cut a bit more and am now closer to 165lb), but I achieved this in about a year and a half just from eating a decent amount of everything (keeping it balanced where I could) and just lifting.
