Best fitness apps?

Just updated Myfitnesspal for the first time in a long time and it seems they destroyed it and have the audacity to ask nearly 100 dollars a year for core features like..... measuring your fucking macros in grams.

Any good apps you can recommend? can be both lifting and calorie counting apps

Here are my favorites

-gym genius
Shit simple workout tracker
-BarCalc
Basic barbell weight calculator for the math challenged
-Fitocracy
Fitness tracker that turns it into a game and you can compete with others

I love strong. Using mfp for calories tracking, but looking for an alternative too.

Dubs of truth, although I hate the new strong update and it burns through battery way more than before

Strong

Cronometer

Microsoft excel
>programme lifting routine that can adapt based on RPE and completed weights/reps per workout, maximising gains achieved on a day to day basis by programmes autoregulation.
>can also programme your typical and custom meals into a spreadsheet with space for open meals which you can find the calorific content of and adjust as you go.
It's a bit clunky to use in the fly on a phone, but a large screen phone or tablet does well, and its far more versatile than any app I've tried.

I have an Excel spreadsheet that I made.

Tracks:

>Calories/macros
>Main lifts sets/reps/weight
>Body weight and body fat + 7 day average function

Even has a calculator for your macros for cutting, bulking, lean bulking, options for more carbs or more fat based on personal preference, etc

I can share if enough people are interested...

ThenX
Mostly for Calisthenics/Weighted Calisthenics but great for beginners and intermediates. Felt myself getting stronger after just a few days.

Sure man, please share this.

Install gentoo

All day I dream podcast.

Chad, it that you

JeFit used to be absolutely based for recording workouts and routines. They have every workout and you can build your own routines. I can't find another app that does this. I paid for the app back when it was buy once, but they switched a jew monthly model.

What's changed with MyFitnessPal? I haven't used it in a couple months

is that why my battery has been shit lately? I need to close my apps more often.

The new update looks weird though, its too... bubbly.

ya chronometer would be amazing but it seems like its missing new foods now

>want to set your macros based on grams? too bad pay up

stuff like that all over the app.

What new foods

any new foods like breakfast bars and stuff. maybe im wrong

I too am running nsuns, 5 weeks in. I still almost die on the deadlift days, but hey its added 35lbs to my lmao4.5pl8 deadlift already and my bench is back up to my pr without peaking.

Fun program.

Which ond should i download to get macros

I use the free version, I can't think of any extra features I actually need.

Absolutely correct. Worth every penny I paid (and I don't usually get paid versions).

I just use google note, it cloud saves my routine and I don't care about tracking over time, just the current numbers.

share pls
