I mean why protein shake with protein cookies? You are already getting a good amount of protein from one, why add more? If you are bulking, have a protein shake with real cookies or something else calorie dense.

some toasted vegie burger on a english muffin half. some pretzel bits, some vega protein with almond milk a honey stick before running and some icecream when i got back... almost vegan, i'll eat a steak later to make up for my calorie deficit...

Just woke up so ill post for yesterday

130g of oats with berries and a little butter

400g of spicy chicken breast

7 eggs “scrambled” with a good amount of spinach and kale, sort of an omelet thing.

I had three bowls of Cheerios in whole milk, three eggs with cheese, a chicken burrito from some restaurant that was in the fridge, an apple, and another bowl of Cheerios
I'm at my parents house and there isn't much food here at all (no bread, had to go get milk)
I did drink half a gallon of milk over the past two days though

don't know what I'm gonna do for my last meal... might just drink beer

How do you feel about broccoli vs cauliflower? Does broccoli have less carbs than cauliflower?

I had like 1lb of chicken wings (bones included) and a bowl of lentils with tomato sauce wich just consisted of tomatoes, veggie broth and seasoning (zero fat).

those feet are nice and soft but hmmm, the structure isn't quite to my taste. a little too jagged, pinky toe getting smushed inward and the arch comes down too hard on the forefoot. high heels deformity. its a no from me.
