Wear a shirt. You're not going to drop enough fat in time, even if you go without eating. There's a limit on how much energy your body can take from it's fat storage per day. Anymore than this and you'll start sacrificing mostly muscle.
Even with fasting you can lose 5-6 lbs of body fat. But still not enough. Youre fucked.

fucking shit guys i didnt know this pool party was happening until i got invited 2 days ago. i found out this super cute virgin hottie i like is going to be there im so fucked i got this little potbelly. im gonna go starvation mode, eat 1 cup of rice per day with 2 cups of steamed veggies and 1/4 cup of chicken. ill split that up into 5 meals a day, and try to jump rope for 30 mins morning and night, run interval sprints for 3-5 miles a day, and do calisthenics like jumping jacks for 25 mins all while lifting light high rep gym sessions. and probably do 1 hr on the row machine a day, and try to sprinkle in a few 2 mile jogs in the middle of the day. also gonna do situps/crunches/pullups/pushups as many as i can do until failure each day multiple times a day. currently unemployed so i have the time.
i know its not enough to get shredded but i just need the potbelly gone. if i can get to 15% ill be happy. currently weigh 206 pounds so that means i have 41 lbs of fat on me, if i can lose 12 pounds of fat that will put me at ~15% at 194lbs which should be enough to not look like a lardo and hopefully make an impression. i really dont want to have to rely on my humor or personality guys. what else can i do? drink like a pot of coffee a day, maybe replace my water with coffee and only reward myself with water at the end of my nightly grueling row session?
also gonna smoke some cigs i heard nicotine is helpful as a appetite suprressor and can speed metabolism a bit. obviously no alcohol. maybe a little shot of olive oil or vinegar in the morning

Why not just take protein shakes and nothing else. The velocity diet can help you lose 10lbs or more in 4 weeks. It sucks balls, but might help. There is a specific "metabolic enhancement" workouts or some shit recommended.
Just have 500-1000Kcal of protons, lots of caffiene, hop on a 2 week cycle or take yohimbine HCL when you wake up and do some cardio on an empty stomach, protein shake to stop yourself having a heart attack then heavy lifting. Focus on heavy doubles etc. to maintain muscle and then shoulders, traps and abs to give the illusion of size. Seriously. Traps, shoulders are the way to go.
You will drop weight pretty fucking fast like that. It isn't healthy or sustainable but it will help... Can also eat lots of leafy veggies. Avoid higher carb veggies

I've been eating vegan for the past month, but with no bread, no processed food, no sugar, etc.
Probably the best weight loss strategy that isn't hell (actually pretty comfy/easy and makes you feel good) but it isn't mentioned much on here because people think that not eating animal based protein will totally fuck up their gains
But I've eaten a lot of beans and I've basically maintained my lifts while dropping like 10 lbs in the past month so far.
