Got one about 8 years ago. GO TO A GOOD DOCTOR. I went to an amazing doctor (insurance paid for mine cause breathing problems) and mine came out phenomenal.
I know 2 other people who got theirs and it's pretty clear they botched it. I've gotten numerous compliments on my nose (this roastie one time complimented how straight it was LOL).
If you're not willing to pay the money or hope insurance covers it, don't do it or save up.
