Look if you want to get thicker hands it's pretty easy. There isn't any muscle in your fingers so the only way to make them bigger is to hurt them enough that your body puts more fat on them to protect the bones and ligaments inside. To do this you should do gripper holds. Get a gripper (I use an ivanko super gripper which is adjustable) and squeeze it as hard as you can for 15 seconds. It should hurt quite a bit. Do this 5-10 times a day and your fingers will grow fairly quickly.
