How many sets of each muscle group should you do a week ?
I’m doing PPLx 1 but 18 sets each work out
Should I go on to 36
Or would I be ok doing PPLxPPL
And do 9 sets each work out ?
How many sets of each muscle group should you do a week ?
how many exercises per muscle group per workout
post routine nibba
Whats with retards counting their training per week?
What's with retards like you?
This is my push day
Usually I do one week
3x8 next week 3x10 then 3x 12
Then go up 10 lbs
On every thing besides machine lifts since I’m usually fatigued by then
Google Eric Helms recommended weekly volume or Mike Israetel weekly volume and you'll get what you are looking for
>t. Small weak manlet bitch with a shit bench
>bench
Hello newfriend. now go and stay go.
My push routine
I struggle with Which ever bench I do last and OHP I’d i don’t do it first
Progress is steady still though
But almost like I’m using the wrong muscles for which ever bench I do last before isolations
>anything smith machine
>cable one arm triceps push down
LMAO what the fuck is that and why would anyone ever do it
>seated triceps dip
what was wrong with the normal dips?
i dont get OPs image
someone explain please
Thots usually have all of the above
>literally can't even total 1000lbs
Lmfao
Seated dips because I’m a fat fuck
OHP is very weak
Tricep pulldowns are 2 handed but this app wouldn’t let me put that
The reason I posted this thread was to see if it would be benificial to move incline / decline to separate days
And add more tricep work or split this day into 2
what app is it,
if you do that training once a weak then yes moving one of the benches to another day will likely increase your gains.
Your exercise selection is over the top though and even then the volume is a bit off.
you wont need that tricep dip, unless that dip is actually pretty chest heavy.
Have 1 day where you get in like 5 sets of both benches, or just go bench and dips 5 each. Then another day go for your OHP(standing if you learn proper form does work the upper pec well.) and add in your flys or another chest exercise with it. for a similar volume. Maybe slightly higher rep range.
JEFIT
also youd probably make better gains slplitting into 2 different full body workouts 3-4 times a week or upper lower each twice
More or less volume ?
Also the rep range changes weekly
I increase my reps to 10 then next week 12 then go up in weight
thanks, prefer an app to a book and most ive tried arent great.
You are clearly the newfag here, newfag
>reposting shitty twitter and instagram memes
>nigger writing style
>shitty ppl
>retarded question
7/10
>smith machine
>isolating triceps twice
>never does flat bench
This is way more complex than it needs to be and leaves out other good muscle groups like middle delts
They all have their faults but
This works the best for me
Only issue I have ran into was having to log lifts as a different name than what I am doing
Like the triceps push down only has an option for 1 arm
Then what’s a good 2x a week ppl routine ?
That wont be that difficult almost no isolation for me and even if they dont have pendlay its rows.
Isolation is normally more effort for less gain.
most people wouldt run it, much easier to group different body parts together each time and do 3 or 4 gym sessions.
