Shave the stubble from your chin, it looks unkept and seeing as you're at a disadvantage due to your hairloss I think it is of upmost importance that you look neat and tidy.

Grow longer hair, the short hair is making your long face look even longer. If you get some really long hair a la Bradley Cooper in Limitless I think you would look pretty good since the volume would counteract your long face.

You look pretty good, use some hair cream or something to glossify your hair and you'll look even better. I think the matte look at the moment may look a little bit unkept but add some gel or creme to make it a little shinier and more tidy and I think it would be great.
