drink more water, eat lots of greens until you're not hungry (102 oz tub of green beans at walmart is 2.50). When greens+water aren't enough, eat chicken (chewing 32 times a bite). Have some licorice for that sweet tooth if you really need it. Walk like 3 miles a day (or run it), and tell me you don't look mighty fine after a week or so. don't forget your milk

Are you exercising for five minutes? An hours exercise should be burning about 800 calories.

Eat more vegetables, cucumber, tomato, spinach, lettuce and asparagus are all good for hunger depression and good in volume

in my case when im bored I get hungry, and days where I'm busy I could go all day without a meal
