Islamic clothing lends itself to obesity and gluttony. The body is covered up so much that no one ever sees a damn thing. Obesity rates for the middle east are insane. That plus a restrictive lifestyle means theres not much reason nor opportunity to stay in shape. Cant go for a run outside in the hot desert sun without wearing a full body covering, theres just no point.
