>be me >5'5 manlet >very little to no muscle whatsoever do to lack of exercise and undereating >want to become fit so i can feel better about myself >socially awkward growing up, taught to always think of others above all else >ends up becoming that i can't get motivated for anything unless i'm doing it for someone, with someone, or are forced to >painfully lonely >can't get motivated to get fit >on no medications, can't feel chemical bliss >too scared to die, and similarly too scared to inflict the burden of suicide on my family
i don't know what to do, Jow Forums everything seems impossible and i'm not sure how to overcome this
If you get Jow Forums, your dad will be proud of you. Dad mires best mires

I wish stupid autists like you would stop using that Mio pic to supplement your sob stories. Mio got over being bashful in spite of having her best friend push her buttons all the time.

theres nothing we can say or do to inspire you to care about your body, you made this post to garter sympathy nothing else.
At the end of the day the ball is in your court, you can choose to complain or you can do something about it.
that fucking simple

you're not a manlet, manlets at least do masculine things to compensate for their height. you're over here thinking you need to find the right thing to lift for, don't blame you, lots of fags on this site like spamming 'what do you lift for' threads for a whole bunch of (You)s. truth is those that stick to the gym don't do it out of motivation but they love it. it's like asking you what's your motivation for watching anime, you'll be confused. force yourself to go 2 weeks straight, no days off. do fun things though, curls, bench, ohp whatever, don't even sweat the form or program. if you can do it that long it will feel like a habit and you'll never need motivation again. you'll see progress everywhere and want to see more. that will be your motivation till years later you don't even know what you're lifting for
>call someone an autist >immediately start arguing about a chinese cartoon wew lad

are you a virgin? if so time to end it all
Nolan King
Thank god i'm not like you anymore

go gym and make ur dad proud that's all that matters
Asher Hernandez
Get a waifu, lift for her.
Carter Green
Just fucking start, it's not hard go fuck around a bit in the gym and read up on programs as you go, because it's more important to get into your head to go regularly instead of having a reason to postpone it to find "the perfect program" Follow instructions on machines or ask a big dude for help, they're usually friendly
Ryan Rodriguez
How old are you OP? In any case, I'd say go lift but don't worry about programs just yet, see if you like the general experience first. Do some OHPs, weighted chin-ups, lateral raises etc if you want to have fun. If you find that you enjoy the general experience of lifting, jump on a beginner linear progress program like Greyskull or the leddit PPL for as long as you can make consistent gains.
Have fun in the gym for a few weeks to see if you could enjoy lifting, but not long enough to develop fuckarounditis. Hope you make everything work out user.
Look up "starting strength". Start eating a high-protein diet, consider GOMAD if you aren't overweight. Add 5 pounds (2 kg) to the lifts every week. Look up music you like to lift to, for some guys its rock/metal, for some guys it's techno, just experiment. See if any of your friends/family want to lift with you. Go for walks in the sun and get some serotonin.
Just do something man. Nothing changes unless you do. Quit crying about it and do something. Just go to the fucking gym. If you don't have a gym or cant afford, then just start doing bodyweight shit at home.
Crying never solved anything, effort did.

>not lifting to techhouse never gonna make it
Ryder Sanders
I heard some guys like it when they have to crank out high volume/low weight sets.
